“Stone and Sea” is a brand new complex of two self-contained villas, with a pool, constructed in Spring 2015.

Our villas, Avra and Galini, have been designed with respect to traditional architecture as they are totally in keeping with the natural surroundings. The simplicity of tradition in combination with modern splashes of colour add a timeless charm.
They are located only a few metres away from the turquoise waters of the bay of Plataria, where the sea meets the sky. They offer magnificent views of the stunning waters of the Ionian Sea, for an unforgettable stay, offering relaxation and positive well-being.

Innovation:

Out of respect for the environment and our planet’s need for energy conservation, we have used a geothermic  heating pump, which is the latest word in technology and energy, to cover our guests’ needs for both cool and warmth.

In addition, the natural materials which we have used, the ecological raw materials, the facilities with grade A ++ energy efficiency and  the reduction of energy loss of the properties, with the latest technological specifications, have contributed both to  environmental protection and to the promotion  of natural space, in keeping with the natural beauty of the area.
